Fun and Engaging Games for Workplaces

If you are looking for playful activities and fun games in office on Fridays that you can play with your employees, then the below-mentioned ideas might help you.

1. Mini Treasure Hunt

  • Form two or more teams. All teams should have equal number of participants.

  • Give each team a play sheet. The play sheet should contain names of objects that are hidden in the office.

  • Set a timer for two minutes.

  • Both teams have to search for the objects mentioned in the play sheet.

  • The team that finds the most objects wins.

2. Zoom

  • Form two teams. Each team should have equal number of participants.

  • Multiple play sheets have to be prepared by the coordinators of the team. Each play sheet should consist of 5 traits of 2 famous personalities. Each play sheet has 10 points.

  • Each team should pick one play sheet.

  • Set a timer for one minute.

  • Ask a team representative to read out loud the points mentioned in the play sheet and the rest of the members have to guess the name of the personality based on those traits. The team that correctly guesses the name of the two personalities first wins.

3. Jigsaw Puzzles

  • Form two or more teams.

  • Each team should be provided with a jigsaw puzzle with the same level of difficulty.

  • Set a timer.

  • The team that is able to solve the jigsaw puzzle first wins.

4. Grouping

  • Split the players into teams.

  • Each team should be provided with mixed chocolates.

  • Each chocolate should be assigned points, for example mars-5 points, bounty-3 points.

  • Set a timer for 2 minutes.

  • Each team is required to separate the chocolates and group them, based on their name. Calculate points based on the points each chocolate holds. For example, if team A has collected 6 marks and 5 bounty chocolates, their total points are (6x5)+(5x3)=25.

  • The team with maximum points wins.
